350 points.

3 model minimum.

No models with a base cost of over 85 points (mandatory wargear does count towards the base cost). If your chosen army list has a list restriction that specifies that you MUST take a hero that costs more than 85 points, then you are to take a cheaper hero. Any army special rules that would have applied to the manadated more expensive hero now apply to the cheaper hero you have selected as your general instead. Any mounts or wargear that form a Army list special rule cannot be given to a lower cost hero.

No eagles.

No Legolass, he can fuck off.

No lobelia shackville Baggins.

Painting optional but encouraged.
